Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani is a pioneering entrepreneur and the Founder and Chairman of Hiranandani Communities, with over four decades of experience shaping India's real estate landscape.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, he began his entrepreneurial journey in textiles before venturing into real estate in the 1980s. His landmark development, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, redefined integrated urban living by bringing together residences, infrastructure, education, hospitality, retail and leisure.
His vision has since expanded into education, healthcare, hospitality, retail, data centres, industrial and warehousing infrastructure, reflecting his commitment to innovation and long-term value creation.
He also serves as Provost of HSNC University, overseeing 14 colleges, three schools and a skill development centre in Mumbai.
Today, Hiranandani Communities continues to shape thoughtfully planned developments across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Alibaug and Chennai.

The Developer has availed certain fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities from ICICI Bank Limited ("Lender"). As on the date hereof, ICICI Bank Limited is the lender to the Project. The Project is charged in favour of the Lender, and a registered mortgage has been created over the Project Land and the proposed buildings. Beacon Trusteeship Limited, acting as the Security Trustee on behalf of the Lender, is authorised to issue the requisite NOC, no-lien confirmation, release letter, and/or other approvals required for the sale, transfer, and conveyance of individual flats, units, and/or plots, subject to the terms and conditions of the Lender and the Security Trustee.
