The projects have been registered via MahaRERA registration numbers: Coral Court: PP1270002600904, Coral Nest: PP1270002600911, and Coral Bay: PP1270002600903, and are available on the website under registered projects.https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in under registered projects. The Developer has availed certain fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities from ICICI Bank Limited ("Lender"). As on the date hereof, ICICI Bank Limited is the lender to the Project. The Project is charged in favour of the Lender, and a registered mortgage has been created over the Project Land and the proposed buildings. Beacon Trusteeship Limited, acting as the Security Trustee on behalf of the Lender, is authorised to issue the requisite NOC, no-lien confirmation, release letter, and/or other approvals required for the sale, transfer, and conveyance of individual flats, units, and/or plots, subject to the terms and conditions of the Lender and the Security Trustee.
